Join me for a sacred, in-person, one-day retreat where your hands become the instruments of your heart, gently guiding you toward healing, remembrance and a fullness of grace as you remember your wholeness.
Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, we will work with a ceramic heart as a symbolic vessel. The heart is first broken into pieces which symbolically represent the experiences in your life that broke you, stopped you, hurt you, misguided or challenged you in some way. We write something from our life experiences that we wish to heal onto the inside of each of the pieces. Then as we lovingly reconnect the pieces with golden adhesive and repair the heart, layer by golden layer, you’ll remember the truth, beneath all the stories, that you are worthy and powerful.
This is a space to meet yourself again, to journey into the quiet places, to honour the pain, the beauty, and the gold within your heart. It is a thoughtful and introspective experience, while being lovingly and respectfully held by the energy of a small group.
Through creativity, ritual, and working with your hands, combined with beautiful meditations, you’ll release what no longer serves you, let go of stored pain and emotional weight, rewrite old narratives, gently shift from blockages to flow, from darkness to light, from pain to gold, and return to the radiant centre of the truth about who you are. Come home to yourself and experience deep healing.

♡ Deep Heart Journeys combining meditation and guided visualisation
♡ A Nurturing Rose Ceremony to open: with rose oil, rose tea, rose petals and aroma. Rose is the ancient heart medicine
This retreat is where old and new wounds are honoured and alchemised. Where what once felt broken becomes whole. And where your heart remembers: you were never truly broken, you were always ‘becoming’.
